Regarding the awarding of commendations by the Prime Minister
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province (Proposal No. 2578/UBND dated December 21, 2007) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 258/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 5, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding a Commendation of the Prime Minister to:
Mr. Nguyen Duy Vien, Director of Thong Nhat Agricultural Service Cooperative under An Ninh Commune, Quang Ninh District, Quang Binh Province.
For many achievements in work from 2001 to 2006, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the individual named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
