CONCERNING THE AWARD OF MERIT BADGES BY THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Transport (Proposal No. 656/TTr-BGTVT dated January 30, 2008) and the Head of the Central Competition and Reward Board (Proposal No. 303/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 17, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding the Merit Badge of the Prime Minister to:
Mr. Nguyen Phat, Deputy Director of Ha Noi Port under the Waterway Transport Corporation, Ministry of Transport.
For many achievements in work from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Minister of Transport, the Head of the Central Competition and Reward Board, and the individual named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
