DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

No.: 326/2002/QĐ-BYT dated October 4, 2002

"Regarding the issuance of nine industry standards for medical equipment" health care

MINISTER OF HEALTH

- Based on Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health.

- Based on the Quality Assurance Law dated January 4, 2000.

- Considering the proposals by the Heads of the Science and Training Department and the Medical Equipment and Construction Department.

DECISION

Article 1. To issue nine industry standards for medical equipment (annexed list). Industry standards for nine medical devices and equipment products (with attached list).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Science and Training Department and the Medical Equipment and Construction Department, Institute Directors, and heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
