DECISION
Amending and Supplementing Quality decision No. 2985/2007/QD-BTG dated November 29, 2007 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Ngoại giao
MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legal Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government regarding the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 10, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Consular Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. Amending the mistake regarding the effective date of Decision No. 2985/2007/QD-BTG dated November 29, 2007 issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the Charter and Operation of the Fund for Protection of Vietnamese Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad:
- Clause 2 of Decision No. 2985/2007/QD-BTG dated November 29, 2007 stipulates: “This decision takes effect from the date of signature”.
- Amended content: “This decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette”.
Article 2. Amending the title of the signatory of the Charter and Operation of the Fund for Protection of Vietnamese Citizens attached to Decision No. 2985/2007/QD-BTG dated November 29, 2007:
- Title of the signatory: “Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs”.
- Amended content: “Minister”
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Director of the Consular Department, the Head of the Ministry’s Office, Heads of Departments for Organization and Cadres, Administration and Finance, and Heads of overseas diplomatic and consular missions shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
