Regarding the approval of the sample of the Motor Vehicle Driver's License.
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Heads of the Legal and Transportation Department and the Organization and Labor Department.
DECISION:
Article 1: Approves the sample of the Motor Vehicle Driver's License (attached hereto) to be issued to drivers of motor vehicles on public roads.
This sample of the Driver's License replaces the sample of the Driver's License issued pursuant to Decision No. 1203/QĐ-TCCB dated May 9, 1996 of the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2: Entrusts the Vietnam Highway Administration with organizing printing, managing, distributing, and guiding the implementation of issuing and renewing the unified Driver's License throughout the country.
Article 3: The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Heads of the Organization and Labor Department and the Legal and Transportation Department; the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration; the Heads of related agencies shall implement this Decision.
