REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF Circular No. 218/2013/TT-BTC dated December 31, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on financial management for programs and projects using official development assistance (ODA) and concessional foreign loans from donors

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Article 1. Repeal Circular No. 56/2011/TT-BTC dated April 29, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the calculation methods for supervision indicators and organizing public debt and foreign debt monitoring activities of the State.
DECISION:
Article 1CORRECTING Clause 1, Article 33 of Circular No. 218/2013/TT-BTC dated December 31, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on financial management for programs and projects using official development assistance (ODA) and concessional foreign loans from donors as follows:
"1. This Circular shall take effect from February 15, 2014 and shall replace Circular No. 108/2007/TT-BTC dated September 7, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the state financial management regime for ODA programs and projects; Circular No. 40/2011/TT-BTC dated March 22, 2011 amending and supplementing certain points of Circular No. 108/2007/TT-BTC dated September 7, 2007; and Circular No. 107/2011/TT-BTC dated July 20, 2011 amending Article 1 of Circular No. 40/2011/TT-BTC dated March 22, 2011".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and is an integral part of Circular No. 218/2013/TT-BTC dated December 31, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3The Director of the Department of Debt Management and Financial Expenditure, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
