Decision No. 329/2005/QD-TTg On assigning the task of training master's degree candidates to the University of the Central Highlands

Regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree students to the Tây Nguyên University 

PRIME MINISTER 

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Official Letter No. 10842/BGD&ĐT-ĐH&SĐH dated November 14, 2005 regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree students to the Tây Nguyên University, 

DECISION: 

Article 1. Assign the task of training master's degree students to the Tây Nguyên University.

Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific majors for training at the Tây Nguyên University.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Rector of the Tây Nguyên University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
