DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Regarding the issuance of "Construction Project Budget Estimation Norms - Installation Part"
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Construction Law No. 16/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly, 11th term, fourth session of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 on Management of Investment Construction Projects;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Economic and Finance Department, the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is "Construction Project Budget Estimation Norms - Installation Part for Electrical Systems in Construction Projects; Pipes and Pipe Fittings; Insulation of Pipelines, Fittings, and Equipment; Underground Water Extraction."
Article 2. These "Construction Project Budget Estimation Norms - Installation Part" replace the sets of Construction Project Budget Estimation Norms issued pursuant to Decision No. 24/1999/QĐ-BXD dated September 25, 1999; Decision No. 1242/1998/QĐ-BXD dated November 25, 1998; Decision No. 31/2002/QĐ-BXD dated November 12, 2002 of the Minister of Construction, and certain norms agreed upon by the Ministry of Construction for issuance by ministries, sectors, and localities listed in this set of norms.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The "Construction Project Budget Estimation Norms - Installation Part" shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and serve as the basis for provinces and centrally-administered cities to establish unit price lists for construction as the foundation for preparing project budgets and total construction project budgets and managing investment costs.
Article 4. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
