ISSUING THE CURRICULUM FOR PROFESSIONAL LAW COURSES FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TRAINING

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/ND-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE CURRICULUM FOR PROFESSIONAL LAW COURSES FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TRAINING.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE PROFESSIONAL LAW COURSE CURRICULUM ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED FROM THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR AND REPLACE THE EDUCATION LAW CURRICULUM ISSUED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 2080/QD-GD-ĐT OF MAY 24, 1996 OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING’S OFFICE, HEADS OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCTION EDUCATION AND TRAINING BOARDS, HEADS OF MANAGEMENT AUTHORITIES OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, AND HEADS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS THAT PROVIDE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
