ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION AND GRADING OF CIVIL, INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND CITY URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. Issuing National Technical Regulations on classification and grading of civil, industrial construction projects and city urban infrastructure, code QCVN 03:2009/BXD.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 30, 2010.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
