Issuing Regulations on Coordination for Civil Aviation Search and Rescue

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated July 12, 2006; the Fisheries Law dated November 26, 2003; the Inland Waterway Transport Law dated June 15, 2004; the Vietnam Maritime Code dated June 14, 2005;

At the proposal of the Minister of Transport;

The Prime Minister decides to issue the Regulations on Coordination for Civil Aviation Search and Rescue.

Clause 4 of Article 6These Regulations on Coordination for Civil Aviation Search and Rescue are promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2012.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
