Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Land Records Storage

Pursuant to the Land Law No. 13/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Archives No. 01/2011/QH13 dated November 11, 2011;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 102/2008/NĐ-CP, September 15, 2008, on the collection, management, exploitation, and utilization of data on natural resources and the environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of the National Land Administration, the Director of the Planning Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Land Records Storage.

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the Economic and Technical Standards for Land Records Storage.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 11, 2013.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
