Issuing National Technical Regulations on method of electrical exploration

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Minerals dated November 17, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2012/NĐ-CP dated March 9, 2012 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Minerals;
Based on Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular stipulating the National Technical Regulation on the method of electrical exploration.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the National Technical Regulation on the method of electrical exploration, QCVN 57:2014/BTNMT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 8, 2014.
Article 3. The Director General of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under central cities and provinces, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
