AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO HS CODES IN THE LIST ISSUED ACCOMPANYING CIRCULAR NO. 29/2016/TT-BCT OF DECEMBER 13, 2016, OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE REGULATING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS WITH POTENTIAL TO CAUSE SAFETY HAZARDS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2019/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2019 of the Government detailing the implementation of administrative procedures under the national single window mechanism, the ASEAN Single Window mechanism, and specialized inspection of goods for export and import;rime Minister cAt the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department and the Director of the Plant Protection Department;rime Minister cThe Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulation on requirements for objects subject to plant quarantine upon importation.
Pursuant to the Labor Safety Law dated June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Regulations;rime Minister cAt the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department and the Director of the Plant Protection Department;rime Minister cn technical;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government regarding detailed provisions of certain articles of the Labor Safety Law concerning technical inspection activities for occupational safety, labor safety training, and environmental monitoring in workplaces;developmentm occupational safety and health standards, training on safety and labor hygiene, and monitoring of the working environment;
Pursuant to Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2017 of the Minister of Finance on issuing the List of Exported and Imported Goods Harmonized in ASEAN (AHTN);shalla export and import in Vietnam harmonized with the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN);
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,ngThe Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular on the List of Products and Commodities Capable of Causing Safety Hazards under the Management Responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to amend and supplement HS codes in the List issued accompanying Circular No. 29/2016/TT-BCT dated December 13, 2016 of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the List of products and goods with potential to cause safety hazards under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.No. Article 1. Amendments and supplements to some HS codes of products and goods in the List of products and goods with potential to cause safety hazards under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade
The HS codes accompanying the List of products and goods with potential to cause safety hazards under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued together with this Circular replace the HS codes in the List of products and goods with potential to cause safety hazards under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued accompanying Circular No. 29/2016/TT-BCT dated December 13, 2016 of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2018.
