Circular No. 33/2021/TT-BGDĐT Issuing the Literacy Program

CIRCULAR
Issued the Program LITERACY REMOVAL

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;

Pursuant to the Government Decree Decree number 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Literacy Removal Program.

At the request of the Director of the Department of Continuing Education;

This Circular annexes the Literacy Removal Program.

Article 1. This Circular takes effect from January 11, 2022 and replaces Decision number 13/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 3, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Literacy Removal Program and Continuing Education Program for those who have learned to read and write.

Article 2. This Circular applies to literacy removal classes enrolling students from the date this Circular becomes effective.The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Continuing Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.Circular No. 3 dated May 3, 2007, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Program for Eradicating Illiteracy and Continuing Education for Literate Individuals.

This Circular applies to illiteracy eradication classes enrolling students from the date this Circular takes effect.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Department of Continuing Education, the Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training, the Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
