Pursuant to the Law on Foreign Trade Management dated June 12, 2017;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2018/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2018, of the Government detailing the operation of cross-border trade activities;;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2024/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2024, of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 14/2018/NĐ-CP;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to amend and supplement certain provisions of Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2018, issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on detailed regulations for goods traded and exchanged through border gates and border crossings of traders.
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,
Article 1. Repeal Point c Clause 2 Article 3 and replace Appendix I of Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2018, issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on detailed regulations for goods traded and exchanged through border gates and border crossings of traders.
1. Repeal Point c Clause 2 Article 3 of Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT.
2. Replace Appendix I accompanying Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT with the Appendix accompanying this Circular.
This Circular takes effect from July 21, 2025.
