Regarding the awarding of the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance (Proposal No. 18/TTr-BTC dated March 19, 2008) and the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 335/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 24, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to:
1. The Post-Clearance Inspection Department, General Customs Department, Ministry of Finance;
2. The Post-Clearance Inspection Branch under the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Customs Office, General Customs Department, Ministry of Finance;
For having excellently completed all assigned tasks and leading the patriotic competition movement in 2007 within the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2. The Minister of Finance, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward, and the collectives named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
