Regarding the conferment of the title of National Labor Medal
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Law on Encouragement and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Based on Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Information and Communications (Proposal No. 275/TTr-BTTTT dated January 23, 2008) and the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement and Reward (Proposal No. 280/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 10, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Confer the title of National Labor Medal to 19 individuals belonging to the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation under the Ministry of Information and Communications (attached list), who have achieved outstanding and exemplary results in the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Minister of Information and Communications, the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
