PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province (Proposal No. 3823/TTr-UBND dated December 21, 2007) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 310/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 19, 2008),

DECISION:

Article 1. The Prime Minister awards Commendation Certificates to 39 individuals from Quang Ngai Province (attached list) who have contributed to the anti-American resistance and national salvation war.

Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
