PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province (Proposal No. 03/TTr-UBND dated March 14, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 332/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 24, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding commendation certificates from the Prime Minister to:
1. Mr. Hoang Thanh Van, General Director of Son Duong Sugar Corporation, Son Duong District, Tuyen Quang Province;
2. Mr. Lai Van Que, General Director of Tuyen Quang Survey and Design Joint Stock Company, Tuyen Quang Province For their outstanding achievements in work from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
