Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;

Pursuant to Decision No. 14/1999/QĐ-TTg dated February 4, 1999 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency;

At the proposal of the Director of the Office, the Heads of the Science and Training Department, the Legal Affairs Department, the Inspectorate Chief - Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Food Safety and Quality Management Bureau,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Technical Specifications for Quantifying Clostridium perfringens in food".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Permanent Delegates, Directors of the Office, Inspectorate Chief, Heads of Departments: Science and Training, Legal Affairs, Preventive Medicine - Ministry of Health; Director of the Quality Control and Food Safety Management Department, Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of units under the Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision.
