DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
REGARDING THE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE STATE BUDGET ESTIMATE FOR 2005

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 33/2004/QH11 dated November 9, 2004 of the National Assembly on the decision of the state budget estimate for 2005;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 34/2004/QH11 dated November 11, 2004 of the National Assembly on the allocation of the central budget for 2005;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 192/2004/QD-TTg dated November 16, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on financial transparency for all levels of the state budget, budgetary units, organizations supported by the state budget, basic construction investment projects using state budget funds, state-owned enterprises, funds from the state budget, and funds from people's contributions;
WHEREAS, Circular No. 03/2005/TT-BTC dated January 6, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of the regulation on financial transparency for all levels of the state budget and the reporting system on the implementation of financial transparency;
At the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department,
DECISION:
Article 1:ANNOUNCE THE PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF THE STATE BUDGET ESTIMATE FOR 2005 (SEE ATTACHED TABLES).
Article 2:THIS DECISION TAKES EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3: The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the State Budget Department, the Financial Management and Administrative Affairs Department, and other relevant Departments, Bureaus, and General Departments under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance shall organize the implementation of this decision./.
