Regarding the awarding of the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province (Proposal No. 02/TTr-UBND dated February 27, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 270/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 7, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to:
1. The people and officials of Yen Cu Commune, Cho Moi District, Bac Kan Province;
2. The people and officials of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Ward, Bac Kan City, Bac Kan Province;
3. Bac Kan Construction Consultancy Joint Stock Company, Bac Kan Province,
For outstanding and comprehensive completion of tasks and leading the patriotic competition movement in Bac Kan Province in 2007.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the collective named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
