 THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;

Pursuant to Decision No. 14/1999/QĐ-TTg dated February 4, 1999 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Food Safety Quality Control Agency;

At the proposal of the Director of the Office, the Head of the Science and Training Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Quality and Safety Assurance Bureau,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The attached to this Decision "Technical Specifications for Quantifying Streptococcus faecalis in Food" are hereby issued.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, Heads of the Departments of Science and Training, Legal Affairs, Preventive Medicine – Ministry of Health; Director of the Quality and Safety Assurance Bureau, Directors of Provincial Health Services under the Central Government, and Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision.
