PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province (Proposal No. 08/TTr-UBND dated February 26, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Rewards (Proposal No. 284/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 10, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to:
1. The people and officials of Baocanh District, Lao Cai Province;
2. The people and officials of Quang Kim Commune, Batxat District, Lao Cai Province;
3. Baocanh General Hospital, Lao Cai Province;
4. Nam Tien Joint Stock Company for Investment, Construction and Trade, Lao Cai Province,
For outstandingly and comprehensively fulfilling their tasks and leading the patriotic competition movement in Lao Cai Province in 2007.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Rewards, and the entities named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
