Regarding the awarding of the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (Proposal No. 548/TTr-BGDĐT dated January 22, 2008) and the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement and Reward (Proposal No. 324/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 21, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to five collectives (list attached) that have excellently completed all tasks and led the patriotic competition movement for the 2006-2007 academic year in the education and training sector.
Article 2. The Minister of Education and Training, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement and Reward, and the collectives named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
