REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COURT OFFICERS TRAINING INSTITUTE
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the Minister of Justice, the Minister, Director of the Government Organization and Civil Service Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6The Court Officers Training Institute under the Ministry of Justice is hereby established.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Court Officers Training Institute has the responsibility to train judges and other judicial officers through both centralized and part-time forms.
The organizational structure and scale of training of the Institute shall be decided by the Minister of Justice.
Article 3. The Court Officers Training Institute has legal personality, its own seal and separate bank account; the location of the Institute is in Hanoi city.
The Institute's Board of Directors consists of a Director and several Deputy Directors.
Article 4. The Minister of Justice, the Minister, Director of the Government Organization and Civil Service Department, the Minister of Education and Training, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies concerned, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City are responsible for implementing this Decision.
