THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 42/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 29, 2005 of the Government on the issuance of National Construction Bonds for 2005 - Educational Bonds;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Treasury.
DECISION:
Article 1. The issuance of National Construction Bonds for 2005 - Educational Bonds shall be suspended as provided for in Decree No. 42/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 29, 2005 of the Government from 16:30 on June 3, 2005.
Article 2. The Director General of the State Treasury shall instruct state treasury units to report the results of the issuance of Educational Bonds in 2005 within their respective jurisdictions and compile the results nationwide for the Ministry of Finance to report to the Government before June 20, 2005.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director General of the State Treasury, Directors of Provincial Departments of Finance, Directors of State Treasuries of provinces and centrally governed cities, Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
