Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW dated November 15, 2004 of the Politburo on environmental protection during the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country;
At the proposal of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Action Program of the Government to implement Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW dated November 15, 2004 of the Politburo on environmental protection during the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
