THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
On the basis of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;
On the basis of Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
On the basis of Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications concerning telecommunication;
On the basis of Decision No. 33/2006/QĐ-BBCVT dated September 6, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications promulgating the "Regulations on Quality Management of Postal and Telecommunication Services";
Considering the Proposal No. 28/QLCL-CLDV dated August 24, 2006 of the Director of the Post and Telecommunication Quality Management Bureau and Information Technology;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "List of Telecommunication Services Subject to Quality Management".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 177/2003/QĐ-BBCVT dated November 10, 2003 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Science and Technology Department, other Departments, Post and Telecommunication Quality Management Bureau and Information Technology, Heads of units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Directors of Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Departments, organizations and individuals participating in the provision and use of postal services, courier services, express delivery services, and telecommunication services are responsible for implementing this Decision.
