Issuing the Regulations on Competition and Awards in the Construction Industry

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Awards dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Awards dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Competition and Awards and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Awards;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005, stipulating the organization for competition and award work;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 154/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2004, stipulating the State ceremonial procedures for presenting and receiving State honorary titles, Orders, Medals, Flags of Merit of the Government, and Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister;

At the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Competition and Awards Council of the Ministry of Construction,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The attached Regulations on Competition and Awards in the Construction Industry are hereby promulgated.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be applicable throughout the Construction Industry. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Standing Committee of the Competition and Awards Council, the Competition and Awards Board, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Construction, the Heads of units under the Construction Industry, are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
