The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE CONTENT AND FORM OF THE EXAM FOR PROMOTION FROM THE RANK OF SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER TO THE RANK OF SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM JANUARY 22, 2011
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT UNIT, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, THE PRINCIPALS OF LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOLS, UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS, COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS, VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, DIRECTORS OF COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTERS AND CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
