CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Education and Training at Level IV

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decision No. 38/2009/QĐ-TTg dated March 9, 2009, issued by the Prime Minister to promulgate the List of Education and Training in the National Education System;

In accordance with the opinion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment regarding the issuance of the List of Education and Training at Level IV for the intermediate vocational level as stated in Circular No. 4363/BKHĐT-TCTK dated July 5, 2011 of the Minister of Planning and Investment;

At the request of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. Issuing along with this Circular the List of Education and Training at Level IV for the intermediate vocational level.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 25, 2011. This Circular replaces Decisions No. 1114/QĐ-GDĐT dated May 4, 1994 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the "List of Vocational Secondary Education Programs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam"; Decision No. 840/GD&ĐT dated March 17, 1995 of the Minister of Education and Training on amending and supplementing vocational training programs in the "List of Vocational Secondary Education Programs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" and the "List of Technical Worker Training Programs, Technical Staff Training Programs, and Vocational Training Programs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam"; Decision No. 3607/GD-ĐT dated August 29, 1996 of the Minister of Education and Training on supplementing the Orthopedic Technician Training Program in the "List of Vocational Secondary Education Programs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam"; Decision No. 01/1998/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated January 8, 1998 of the Minister of Education and Training on supplementing Decision No. 1114/QĐ-GDĐT dated May 4, 1994 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the "List of Vocational Secondary Education Programs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam".

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Vocational Education, Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training; Ministers of Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government having educational institutions offering intermediate vocational education; Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government; Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of intermediate vocational schools, Heads of other educational institutions offering intermediate vocational education are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
