DECISION
REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF DECISION NO. 1068/2002/QĐ-BGTVT DATED APRIL 12, 2002 “ISSUING TEMPORARY REGULATIONS ON CERTAIN CONTENTS IN THE DESIGN OF NATIONAL HIGHWAY BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS”
MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal by the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To revoke Decision No. 1068/2002/QĐ-BGTVT dated April 12, 2002 issued by the Minister of Transport regarding the issuance of temporary regulations on certain contents in the design of national highway bridge construction projects.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration and the Construction Supervision and Quality Control Department, Directors of the Investment Planning Department and the Science and Technology Department, Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
