PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (Proposal No. 535/TTr-BNN-TCCB dated March 7, 2008) and the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 346/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 28, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to:
1. Phu Rieng Rubber Company, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group;
2. Vietnam-Laos Joint Stock Rubber Corporation, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group,
For outstanding comprehensive completion of tasks and leading the patriotic competition movement in 2007 among units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward, and the collective named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
