Decision No. 343/2003/QĐ-TTG
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 143/2001/QĐ-TTg dated September 27, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the Target Program to Eliminate Poverty, Reduce Poverty, and Create Employment for the 2001-2005 period;
Pursuant to Decision No. 177/2001/QĐ-TTg dated November 9, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the Target Program to Eliminate Poverty, Reduce Poverty, and Create Employment for the 2001-2005 period;
At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Government Office.
DECISION:
Article 1. Now assigns Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem as the Director of the Target Program to Eliminate Poverty, Reduce Poverty, and Create Employment for the 2001-2005 period.
The duties of the Director of the Program shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 177/2001/QĐ-TTg dated November 9, 2001 of
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Members of the Steering Committee for the Target Program to Eliminate Poverty, Reduce Poverty, and Create Employment for the 2001-2005 period specified in Decision No. 177/2001/QĐ-TTg dated November 9, 2001 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
