BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to Circular No. 05/2014/TT-BTP dated February 7, 2014 of the Minister of Justice guiding the announcement, posting of administrative procedures and reporting on the implementation and results of administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 26/2015/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 29, 2015 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amending dated some articles of Circular No. 24/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 6, 2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the planting
of replacement forests when changing the purpose of forest land use to other purposes; MANAGEMENT AND USE OF DEPOSITS AT THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION FUND Upon the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Administration and the Head of the Legal Department, Announce herewith with this Decision two (2) new administrative procedures issued and one (1) administrative procedure revised and supplemented within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. This Decision takes effect from September 15, 2015.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Legal Department, the Director General of the Forest Administration, and the heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
