Regarding the Program of Action of the Government to Implement the Vietnam - United States Trade Agreement
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2002/NQ-CP dated January 3, 2002 of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Program of Action of the Government to Implement the Vietnam - United States Trade Agreement is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairman of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
