Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, and the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in Social Work at Bachelor's and College Levels attached hereto shall be used in universities, academies, university-level institutions, and college-level institutions responsible for training in Social Work at Bachelor's and College Levels, and shall be implemented starting from the academic year 2004.
Article 2. The Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies shall be responsible for guiding the rectors of universities and academies and the principals of university-level and college-level institutions in developing specific school curricula, organizing the compilation and approval of common textbooks in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the rectors of universities and principals of university-level institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 5. The Directors of the Office, Heads of the Higher Education and Postgraduate Education Department, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; rectors of universities and academies, and principals of university-level institutions shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
