Issuing the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in Social Work at Bachelor's and College Levels

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies; Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Based on the results of the Program Review Board's assessment of the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in Social Work at Bachelor's and College Levels signed on November 27, 2003;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies.
This Decision hereby promulgates the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in Social Work at Bachelor's and College Levels.
DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, and the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education in Social Work at Bachelor's and College Levels attached hereto shall be used in universities, academies, university-level institutions, and college-level institutions responsible for training in Social Work at Bachelor's and College Levels, and shall be implemented starting from the academic year 2004.

Article 2. The Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies shall be responsible for guiding the rectors of universities and academies and the principals of university-level and college-level institutions in developing specific school curricula, organizing the compilation and approval of common textbooks in accordance with regulations.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the rectors of universities and principals of university-level institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 5. The Directors of the Office, Heads of the Higher Education and Postgraduate Education Department, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; rectors of universities and academies, and principals of university-level institutions shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
