THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on Project Management for Construction Works;
At the proposal of the Director of the Construction Project Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby announces: Circular No. 50/2001/TT-BNN-XDCB dated May 3, 2001 guiding the implementation of the Bidding Regulations for investment projects under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has ceased to be legally effective.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and units subordinate to or directly under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
