THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to the Proposal No. 336/VX-CT dated March 31, 2005 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province and the dossier of the historical relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
HISTORICAL RELIC BIA KHAI NGHIEM AND CHUA VONG NGUYET COMMUNE
TAM GIANG, YEN PHONG DISTRICT, BAC NINH PROVINCE
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical relic Bia Khai Nghiêm and Chua Vong Nguyet within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Bac Ninh Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
