Issuing Standards for Quality Testing of Telecommunication Services

THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 201/CP dated May 26, 1981 of the Council of Ministers on managing economic and technical standards;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this Decision are the Standards for Quality Testing of Telecommunication Services.
Article 2. These standards serve as the basis for establishing unit prices, budgets; conducting audits, settlements, and final accounts for quality testing services of telecommunication services.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, Director of the Postal and Telecommunications Quality Management Department and Information Technology, Directors of telecommunication and Internet enterprises, Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
