ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF PRIVATE VOCATIONAL COLLEGES

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT,
CIRCULAR
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF PRIVATE VOCATIONAL COLLEGES.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 25, 2010. THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES THE PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE DECISION NO. 39/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT DATED AUGUST 28, 2001 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF NON-PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, HEADS OF THE MANAGEMENT BODIES OF SCHOOLS WITH VOCATIONAL COLLEGE PROGRAMS, DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, HEADS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TRAINING INSTITUTIONS, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
