CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP
dated October 1, 2015, issued by the Minister of National Defense
stipulating material standards for logistics for cadets at technical schools

Pursuant to the Law on Cryptography dated November 26, 2011;

Based on Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Pursuant to Decree No. 09/2014/NĐ-CP dated January 27, 2014 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Office for Official Communications under the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating material standards for logistics for military personnelinvalid input, workers, and civil servants in national defense;

At the proposal of the Director of the General Office for Official Communications under the Government;

The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP dated October 1, 2015, issued by the Minister of National Defense stipulating material standards for logistics for cadets at technical schools.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP dated October 1, 2015, issued by the Minister of National Defense stipulating material standards for logistics for cadets at technical schools (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP)

1. Amend Point a Clause 1 Article 11 as follows:

"a) The electricity consumption quota for daily life for cadets at technical schools shall be guaranteed at 11 kWh/person/month."

2. Appendix No. 01 promulgated together with Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP shall be amended and replaced by Appendix No. 01 promulgated together with this Circular.

3. Appendix No. 03 promulgated together with Circular No. 116/2015/TT-BQP shall be amended and replaced by Appendix No. 02 promulgated together with this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular takes effect from June 10, 2022.

2. During implementation, if there are any difficulties, relevant ministries, sectors, and localities shall report to the Ministry of National Defense (through the General Technical Office) for coordination in examination and resolution./.
