CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulation on Professional Inspection of Industrial Property Representation and
the Regulation on Professional Inspection of Industrial Property Appraisal
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2025/NĐ-CP dated March 2, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to Decree No. 133/2025/NĐ-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of authority in the field of state management by the Ministry of Science and Technology;
At the proposal of the Director of the Intellectual Property Office;
The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular to promulgate the Regulation on Professional Inspection of Industrial Property Representation and the Regulation on Professional Inspection of Industrial Property Appraisal.
Article 1. Attached herewith are the Regulation on Professional Inspection of Industrial Property Representation and the Regulation on Professional Inspection of Industrial Property Appraisal.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 15, 2025.
In case the referenced documents in this Circular are amended, supplemented, or replaced, they shall be implemented according to the provisions of the new documents.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
1. Provincial People's Committees, centrally-affiliated cities, relevant agencies, organizations, units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Science and Technology for consideration and resolution within its jurisdiction./.
