DECREE
DECREE NO. 35/CP OF MAY 27, 1995 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY UNDER THE GOVERNMENT
THE NATIONAL RESERVE AGENCY IS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE GOVERNMENT.
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Resolution of the Government at the Government meeting on May 16, 1995,
DECREE:
Article 1. - The National Reserve Agency is hereby established under the Government.
Article 2. - This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance. Previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
The Minister, Head of the Government Office, Director of the National Reserve Agency, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decree.
