No. 35 dated September 20, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Considering that freedom of belief is a principle of the democratic republican regime,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Temples, pagodas, mausoleums, churches, and all places with religious significance, regardless of religion, must be respected and not violated by the people.
Article 2: The Ministers of Interior Affairs and Justice are responsible for implementing this decree-law./.
