RESOLUTION
Approve the salary scale for elected positions and the salary scale for specialized professions in the judiciary and prosecution sectors.
Approve the salary scale for elected positions and the salary scale for specialized professions in the judiciary and prosecution sectors (attached).
Pursuant to Article 90 of the 1992 Constitution;
Pursuant to Article 52 of the National Assembly Organization Law in 1992; Article 42 of the People's Court Organization Law in 1992; Article 33 of the People's Procuracy Organization Law in 1992;Pursuant to the proposal of the Government;
RESOLVES
1- Approve the salary scale for elected positions and the salary scale for specialized professions in the judiciary and prosecution sectors (attached).
2- The Director of the President's Office and the Director of the National Assembly's Office shall receive the same salary level as the Director of a National Assembly Committee.
3- Civil servants and officials working in elected bodies, in the judiciary, and in the prosecution sector shall receive salaries and allowances according to the salary scales prescribed by the Government.
4- Entrust the Government with guiding the implementation of this Resolution./.
