Regarding the awarding of commendations by the Prime Minister

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance (Proposal No. 101/TTr-BTC dated December 26, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 313/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 19, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding commendations from the Prime Minister to three collectives and four individuals under the Ministry of Finance (with attached list), who have achieved outstanding results in their work from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Minister of Finance, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the collectives named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
